We are looking to De-Risk the entire construction sector for Private Developers, Investors, Housing Associations and Family Offices by using technology.THE PLANWe will only operate in the Private sector as the Public Sector is too incestuous with Large Companies dominating the Market and Frameworks already in place. We will explore that market but not for the time being. We will provide Construction Consultancy Management services to our Clients, Effectively we will be doing all of the Leg Work for our clients introducing Service Providers for projects of all sizes. We will have a fully vetted and compliant framework model of service suppliers. We will create an ecosystem where we keep as much money as possible within the framework as possible. The idea for this is the framework is fully compliant, meaning we can further de-risk Developments for our clients.SERVICESWe will be able to introduce all service providers for projects of all sizes from Architects, Main Contractors to the sub-contractors on site. Our clients will retain us on a per-project basis, or we can be appointed to represent the clients on a full-time basis. We will be the main people in between the end client and the project teams. We will gather the information from all relevant parties on the projects and then deliver this information back to the client. Essentially, we will be their company representatives ensuring the client’s investments are in safe hands.
