House clearances / Bereavements
House clearances through bereavement, downsizing and house moving is all handled by our experienced team. In cases of bereavement, our staff have been trained to be sympathetic, polite, courteous and understanding and will treat all belongings and property with respect. Where possible, we’ll donate as much possibile to cancer research for resale. If you would like items relocating, we will take care of this for you, if you would like items disposed of, again we can take care of this for you.

Recycling
These days we are all trying to be more environmentally friendly and at “Man and Van” we are doing just the same; we try to dispose as little as possible to landfill and will fix and recycle as much as we can to help do our bit for the environment. Any waste is disposed of in an appropriate manor. When performing house clearances, any items suitable for resale are donated to cancer research.
Rubbish Clearance
Man and Van carry out a rubbish clearance service for both domestic and commercial customers. We will clear pretty much anything, however hazardous materials will be quoted differently. As an affordable solution, we can often be cheaper than a skip, and we’ll do the dirty work for you.
Garden Clearance
No garden is a problem for us whether for bad access or just a complete mess, we will happily clear your garden and can even put you in contact with a good contractor to get your garden to a beautiful standard.
