RIS has a wealth of knowledge and experience of delivering construction services to Local Authorities, Housing Associations, main contractors, property developers and private clients on projects ranging from £100K – £12M.

 The RIS construction team is always looking for new materials, technologies and methods of construction that we can offer to our clients to save not only time and costs but also to improve quality of construction. A recent example of this is where we used “Porotherm” building blocks for a development of 15 new flats. “Porotherm” blocks can be laid 5 times faster than traditional block work allowing quicker availability for finishing trades and is both thermally and acoustically more efficient.

 The total construction time was under 4 weeks which showed a saving of 16 weeks against standard construction methods. This not only saved valuable time so that our client could sell the individual flats quicker it also saved considerably on construction costs.
